We are pleased to announce that our Managing Attorney, John Moetteli, Esq., has been invited by the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) to speak at Startup Days 2025, held at the Kursaal in Bern, Switzerland.
In the session titled “IP Protection in China – Challenges and Strategies for Swiss Businesses”, Dr. Moetteli will be joined by experts including Mathias Schaeli, Daniel Zeder, and Sarah Andrina Schütz. Together, they will explore how Swiss startups and SMEs can effectively protect their intellectual property in China.
