May 2024 – John Moetteli attended the Spring Conference of the Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) held in Austin, Texas.
The event dealt with topics ranging from the ethics of Artificial Intelligence in intellectual property, to the intellectual property of music and creativity, to an update on the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Moreover, trends in trademark law were discussed.
