May 2024 – Trade secrets are vital for business, what if trade secrets and patents rights were not mutually exclusive?
John held a webinar for the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) providing knowledge on strategies that (1) enable inventors to maintain trade secret rights while also preserving important patent rights and to push out costs as well as (2) how to embed several product designs into a regular patent application (US or European) and so pull these rights out in the US when you need them while pushing out their enforceable life.

Essentially all participants were satisfied or very satisfied and 40% thought the presentation was too short.
