December 2023 – At the invitation of China’s Counsil for the Promotion of International Trade, CCPIT, John Moetteli accompanied by Sylvain Poitras, partner at Appleton Luff, and Thomas Wyder, Patent Attorney at Hoffmann Eitle (Munich) had the opportunity to present presentations on the subject of medical device compliance, the UPC and US patent and design strategies to the top government lawyers in China.
CCPIT provide legal support to domestic and foreign companies. The day after the presentations, the speakers answered the questions of some of those who attended the presentations. With two hours of questions, clearly, the interest level was very high!
