Eléonore J. Baker has proven skills and experience in intellectual property portfolio management, including the registration, maintenance, and protection of clients’ patents, trademarks and designs across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with the firm’s partners on IP, legal and financial matters, she delivers strategic solutions while ensuring efficient operational management. She is on the Swiss Intellectual Property Office list of trademarks’ representatives.
Eléonore holds a double Master’s degree in French, UK and US law, specializing in business, intellectual property, and digital law, and has completed intensive Sorbonne bar exam preparation. Her international legal experience spans Luxembourg (LU), Lugano (CH), Paris (FR) and Bologna (IT), where she worked in prestigious firms (such as CMS Luxembourg, Duferco International Trading Holding, Valmy Avocats, ICTLC…) in investment funds management, international law, corporate finance, and data protection law in collaboration with the Luxembourg Business Register and the Council of Europe.
Prior to joining Da Vinci Partners LLC, she was a Corporate Lawyer at DITH commodities trading group headquarters in Lugano, handling corporate, IP, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. In her twenties, she co-founded an SAS (a French simplified joint-stock company) and was its Legal Director, gaining firsthand insights into entrepreneurship and leadership.
