Novella is a licensed Swiss attorney-at-law registered as a legal practitioner before the European Patent Office. She earned her Law degree from the University of Geneva and passed the Bar in Geneva. Prior to joining Da Vinci Partners LLC, she worked for the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (currently: FINMA) in Berne, in the department for the authorization of banks, securities dealers and investment funds.
Since joining Da Vinci Partners LLC in 2005, Novella has specialized in Swiss, US and international trademark law. Novella also represents clients before the European Patent Office.
Her working languages are English, French and German.
