Octobre 2024 - Notre fondateur John Moetteli a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un webinaire intitul\u00e9 \"UTILE, LITTLE-KNOWN PATENT AND DESIGN STRATEGIES ONLY AVAILABLE IN US THAT CAN EFFECT YOUR PRIORITY FILING\" pour le groupe de travail sur les brevets et les dessins et mod\u00e8les. Certificat d'\u00e9tudes avanc\u00e9es sur le droit de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/a> de la ZHAW School of Management and Law et de l'Institut F\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (IPI). Le public \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de juristes et de professionnels ayant une formation technique, en sciences naturelles ou en m\u00e9decine.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ce webinaire a permis d'acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances sur les strat\u00e9gies qui (1) permettent aux demandeurs de brevets de maintenir les droits sur les secrets commerciaux tout en pr\u00e9servant des droits de brevet importants et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, ainsi que (2) sur la mani\u00e8re d'int\u00e9grer plusieurs conceptions de produits dans une demande prioritaire d\u00e9pos\u00e9e en Europe ou ailleurs, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 un demandeur de brevet de faire valoir ces droits aux \u00c9tats-Unis lorsqu'ils sont n\u00e9cessaires, tout en prolongeant leur dur\u00e9e d'application. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu surpris de constater que de telles strat\u00e9gies potentiellement utiles \u00e9taient possibles malgr\u00e9 les efforts d'harmonisation internationale. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 important de reconna\u00eetre que les brevets sous-marins ne peuvent pas \u00eatre trouv\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9sultats des recherches de brevets et que l'on ne peut donc jamais \u00eatre totalement s\u00fbr des cartes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle qu'un concurrent pourrait d\u00e9tenir.
